A letter from our founder Caitlin McCarthy-Miranda:
I’ve always been drawn to people – to real connection, great energy, and the kind of collaboration that fuels momentum. After years building brands from the ground up, leading national launches and scaling companies from startup to acquisition, I knew it was time to create something of my own. Not just an agency, but a true partner to the brands we serve.
That was over ten years ago, and what a journey it’s been.
